Founded in 1996 by four Russian engineers Mitsar Co., Ltd. has developed a number of medical devices for functional
diagnostics and scientific research. At present time Mitsar is one of the leading companies manufacturing medical equipment for functional diagnostics and neurophysiology on the Russian market.
Located at own productive building in Saint Petersburg Mitsar has developed a strong engineering, software and scientific staff. Professional team of electronics engineers and programmers in cooperation with medical researchers from
Laboratory of Neurobiology Action Programming of Institute of Human Brain RAS allows Mitsar to take leading positions in the Russian market of digital EEG systems for both medical and scientific goals.
Since 2004 Mitsar Company is involved in international trade and successfully exports Mitsar-EEG system into US and different
European countries.
Due to the high quality, reliability and excellent abilities of software Mitsar-EEG system has merited authority among its customers.
Chronology of developments 1996-today:
2005 Completion of development and beginning of manufacture of new 32 channel digital system "Mitsar-EEG-202"
2005 Presentation of Video-EEG software providing a possibility of recording of EEG signals synchronously with video and audio data
acquisition and them on-line MPEG4 (MPEG3) compression.
2004 Redevelopment of stimulus presentation software (PSYTASK) for Windows XP platform using for ERP
(ERD etc.)studies.
2004 Completion of development of portable Pulse Oximeter "Mitsar-PULS".
2003 Introduction of a child normative database including EEG and ERP recordings from health children with age from 7 to16 year.
2003 Beginning of manufacture home trainer "Brane Tune" for neurobiofeedback.
2003 Introduction of USB interfaces for all EEG system.
2002 Development of scientific oriented version of WinEEG software including ERP and ERD analysis and them statistical processing.
2001 Presentation of software for HRV analysis for system "Mitsar-EEG" and "Mitsar -Rheo".
2000 Completion of development and beginning of manufacture of 21 channel system "Mitsar-EEG-201".
2000 Complete redevelopment of digital EEG-system software (WinEEG) for Windows 9x™ platform including also event related potentials recording and analysis options.
1999 4-channel digital Rheo system "Mitsar-Rheo" was completely developed and its production was started.
1997 Beginning of manufacture of first 19 channel system "Mitsar-EEG-201" with DOS version of
software for registration and analysis of EEG.
